Who we are
Vesper designs and sells table lamps online. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this site, place an order or sign up for our letters, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, plus the details of what you bought. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. If you sign up for our letters, we keep your email address. Like most sites, we also collect basic, anonymous information about how pages are used.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, and, only if you asked for it, to send you our letters. You can unsubscribe from the letters at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop: our payment provider, our delivery partners and the service that sends our emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting, and your email address for as long as you stay subscribed. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will reply as soon as we can.
